OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

MomentFeed is rapidly growing and we need a badass Operations Coordinator who is smart, driven and can get stuff done under pressure. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and maintains good judgement and poise under pressure. MomentFeed has a fast-paced environment so we’re looking for a professional candidate that can keep up with our positive changes and expansions.

ABOUT MOMENTFEED

The MomentFeed SaaS marketing platform empowers national brands like Starbucks, Cricket Wireless, Jamba Juice and Pizza Hut to engage with consumers on mobile at every point in their customer lifecycle. We help our clients harness the power of partner networks - Facebook, Google, Apple, Yelp, Bing (and more) to capture local audiences, engage with consumers in authentic and relevant ways, and measure campaign performance through the point of sale.

YOU WILL:

  • Manage all facility services including but not limited to: front desk administration, office requests, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee all details associated with office expansions including furniture procurement, moves, adds, and changes as needed
  • Ensure all building systems are performing to their intended function at maximum efficiency
  • Interact and communicate with all levels of management, guests and clients
  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks including lunch and catering orders, ordering and tracking supplies, arranging deliveries and managing mail/packages
  • Create, plan and execute events for team meetings, off-site events, and trainings
  • Participate in our new hire on-boarding process, in addition to current employee culture development. This includes managing internal employee events, wellness/HR initiatives and other extracurricular activities
  • Create new processes and suggest improvements to current processes to maximize operational efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Previous experience working in an office management capacity, preferably in a startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on large-scale projects while simultaneously tending to often minute details and tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to maintain and execute against a comprehensive schedule of needs and priorities
  • Natural leadership skills to implement and spearhead new projects and processes
  • Positive and outgoing personality and empathetic approach to addressing issues/concerns
